Ability to make classic groups, WiFi-Aware groups or hybrid groups.

Classic groups use the server.

Wifi-Aware groups only use Wi-Fi Aware to communicate. Out of range users will get the messages when they go back near a user having the messages.

Hybrid groups use WiFi-Aware when offline. Other group members nearby act as relay to the server. If no nearby member has access to the server hybrid groups act like WiFi-Aware groups, and when one of the member gets access to the server, it sends all the messages.
